These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and kp777 ("kp777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at kp777.co and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and services offered thereunder (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the kp777 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any casino game or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.3 One Account per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) active kp777 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. kp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, including where it has reason to believe that any provision of these Terms has been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kp777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. kp777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Policy. Deposits to your kp777 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kp777 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform and may vary by payment method.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. kp777 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes specified in the Platform at the time of the request. Processing times may be extended where identity verification has not been completed or where a withdrawal is flagged for review.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. kp777 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedure. Users who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, and casino stakes on the kp777 Platform are denominated in PKR. kp777 does not accept or hold balances in foreign currencies.

5.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the kp777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published within the Platform. Cricket betting, including PSL, ICC, and other international competitions, is subject to the specific cricket betting rules available in the Platform's Help section.

5.2 Void Bets. kp777 reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect ("palpable error"), or where circumstances arise that render the bet void under the applicable sporting or event rules. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the User's kp777 account.

5.3 Casino Games. All casino games available on the kp777 Platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or certified live dealer formats. 6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry dates as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the User's account without notice or compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp777 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under the age of 18 years.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously or registering on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupting the integrity of any sporting event.
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the kp777 Platform.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10.2 kp777's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User into their kp777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 kp777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.4 kp777 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from the User's own betting or gaming decisions, including losses arising from the use of betting strategies or systems.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, and the outcome of such arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory local laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
